13-8 is a precipitation-hardening stainless steel with excellent strength and toughness, that’s why it’s used so much in the aerospace industry. Fast Lane has a lot of experience with this material, we have made several different part on all our machines, from the 5 axis mill down to our 12mm Swiss machine.
