There are some parts where a feature is so critical that it requires a 100% inspection. And sometimes the quantity of the order makes it impractical. If this is the case, measurements from a sample size entered into a formula will generate a CPK. This CPK number will predict the probability of the parts falling out of tolerance. Upon request we can provide this CPK data if needed for critical features
